4. Payment and Refund Policy

Payments are processed securely by our third-party provider. All charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

If you withdraw consent for data processing under our Privacy Policy and this affects your access to paid features, we may offer a pro-rata refund or credit. Requests must be emailed to enquiries@chlikkcoparenting.co.uk within 14 days.

4A. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime through your account settings. Cancellation must be completed 24 hours before renewal to avoid further charges. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.

You may delete your account through:

Once confirmed, deletion begins immediately and will be completed within 30 calendar days.

These systems are protected globally under UK copyright law, the Berne Convention, WIPO treaties, database rights, and international design protections.
